I was browsing online for news about the Midnight movie and came across this website. It's the first hard date I have seen mentioning a release date for the movie (on DVD).

I can't confirm this as being true, but I figured I'd share. Anybody else heard anything recently?

I have updated the forum software to the latest version, the process did not go as smooth as it should have but I managed to fix it after a couple of hours, in the meantime I turned the site's main domain into the .org again and the .net one redirects to it.

As a result you may have to log back into the site.

If you are experiencing any problems accessing the site please mail me at webmaster@againsttheshadow.net Also, I wanna ask for the first few people who successfully login to reply to this post, jsut so I know the process is completed.

In case you have missed MaxBoy has found the long sought Midnight font used on the subtitles of the book covers, Allencon, the lost relic is available for download from our site section and the thread he posted on it can be found here.

I have great news to all Midnight fans around, this month the domain name was renewed and after being left hanging because of spoof mails using the domain I contacted my host and we tested it for the issue.

It is with great happiness that I deliver the news that www.againsttheshadow.org is back in business and already working, the current domain (www.againsttheshadow.net) will be kept around as well, the site will respond to both.

In the coming days I will make a full backup of the site and its files and change the main domain from .net to .org again.

Never despair in the face of adversity, for the shadow may be eternal, but her forces are not endless.

THe volume 1 of the Tome of Sorrows has been translated into french by a great team of fans and is now available from the Black Book website (the publisher of the french Midnight books).
